Theresa Winters

Theresa Winters lives in Northampton with her husband and two dogs. Recently retired, during her career she primarily worked in Human Resources across Financial Services and FMCG sectors. She is a passionate advocate for menopause support in the workplace and, over the last four years, created and led Santander UK's industry leading programme of support, as well as sharing her experience and knowledge with other employers across the UK. This was recognised at the Menopause Friendly Employer awards in 2022 when she received the Carolyn Lazarus award for her work to change the way we think and feel in the UK about the menopause at work.
