Carrots are a wonder food as they improve your sight. Eat a carrot everyday and you can see at night. Cats can see quite well at night and so I have no doubt. They must have a carrot store that no-one knows about. Bats are blind as Bats at night they say they use their ears. Bouncing sounds off anything that comes a wee bit near. I think God should have a word with all those selfish Cats. Make them share their carrots out and give some to the Bats.
