Disaster round at granny's house, just me and her for tea. She's gone and lost her hearing aid wherever could it be? We searched the house all over from the bottom to the top. Without it she would never hear a BOMB if it should drop. But then I had what dad would call a brilliant idea. So good that it would matter not if granny couldn't hear. I knew that she would ask me what I wanted for my tea. I wrote my answer down in letters; big as big could be. And so when granny asked me what I wanted to be fed. I held my paper sheet up high... She stared at it and said. "A brilliant idea my boy but you'll still have to yell, 'cause when I lost me hearing aid... I lost me specs as well."
